table reservations

All guests at our events need an entry ticket, which covers entry and entertainment, and many come just for drinks and dancing. But if you wish to reserve a table in the ballroom you may do so for an extra charge, which includes Champagne on arrival.

A SMALL TABLE costs £80 (on top of your ticket price), includes a bottle of the house Champagne and can seat up to five people.

A LARGE TABLE is £160, includes two bottles of house Champagne and can seat up to ten people.

You'll see the option to add a table reservation to your order when you buy your tickets. You can also add a reservation later (subject to availability) but it helps us if you buy the reservation in the same name under which you bought your tickets. Only one person in a group needs to reserve a table, and you don't need to specify who will be sitting at it.

There is limited free seating in the bar area.

NOTE: The Candlelight Club is strictly age 18+

food for your table

If you reserve a table you have the option to order sharing platters of food. You'll see the option to do this when you buy your tickets. There will also be a small range of bar snacks to order on the night. You can see the sharing platter menu here.

If you choose the set-menu dining option (see below) it comes with table seating included (but not the Champagne), so there is no need to reserve a table separately, though note that you may be sharing a table with other guests.

DINING

For a more formal dining experience, there is a three-course set menu option (with two or three options per course, including vegetarian choices) available as pre-order only—just add the Dinner Option to your basket when you buy your ticket. It includes reserved seating at a table, though note that you may be sharing a table with other guests. You can add the dinner option later, after you have bought your entry tickets (subject to availability): if you wish to do this, please email reservations@thecandlelightclub.com.

As a less formal alternative, you can reserve a table (see above) and order sharing platters for the table. You’ll see the option to do this when you buy your ticket.

If you are in a group ordering the set menu and you are buying your tickets individually, please contact reservations@thecandlelightclub.com to let us know you wish to sit together. If your group is above eight you may be spread across more than one table (we’ll put the tables together).

inclusive drinks option

We offer an inclusive drinks option, in the form of a wristband that gives wearers unlimited Prosecco, house wine, beer, single spirit with mixer, and soft drinks, at the bar until 11pm. This is priced at £50 and can be ordered in advance or purchased on the night from the bar. GUESTS ALSO NEED AN ENTRY TICKET. (Please drink responsibly. Management reserves the right to stop serving anyone they deem overly intoxicated. Only single drinks, by the glass, will be served at a time, and for consumption only by the ticket holder.)
